When the production bed has been cleaned and oiled and the wires have been positioned and stressed the casting phase can begin.

Depending on the type of concrete element being produced the casting phase is performed by one of three NORDIMPIANTI casting machines evo Extruder, sf Slipfomer or wf Wet Casting machine.

In all cases, the casting machines should be continuously supplied with concrete along the casting bed.
