Concrete production beds are mainly used for the production of multiple elements such as beams, posts and lintels.

Such products have a tendency of leaving concrete residue along the bed which must be removed before a new production cycle is undertaken.

For this task Nordimpianti has developed a specific cleaning machine equipped with rotary grinding blocks and a powerful suction unit that forces the debris into a collection bin. The bin is designed to be easily emptied.

The machine cleans and vacuums the production beds sucking up both the debris and water.

The concrete residue is ground and collected into an easy to empty collection bin after the cutting and removal of the concrete elements.

The machine can also be equipped with a device to apply detaching oil onto the bed using drippers and a rubber squeegee.
